I have a couple questions as we are looking to REFI investment properties this year that is being purchased with private funds which I am rehabbing it and then need to REFI once done and filled with tenants.

1. What are the current LTV?
2. I currently have credit score from 700-718 will those be good enough?
3. self employed for 3 years with tax returns will that be ok?
4. I do not have a tax lien however I am on tax payment plan is that ok?
5. Have old student loan debt that was late but has all been paid off, any issues?
6. Will there by any issues when I do the REFI to pay both the private funds off and the credit card I used for rehab?
